We accept orders via PayPal with UK customers having the option of paying by cheque. PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processor. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order from us, simply select the "I do not have a PayPal account" option when checking out.

Once you have ordered we will send you a confirmation email which will include information on when we expect to ship your order. Once the order has been sent we will send you another email to confirm this.

Please note that we will not add you to a mailing list or pass any of your details on to a third party. We also do not store your credit/debit card number either online or offline. Your security is very much our priority.

Why are some photographs not available as prints

This is either because we do not believe an image is suitable or that the content cannot be sold commercially.

Our Returns Policy

You may return all items sold by Views of Cornwall within 30 days of receipt of payment for a full refund if it is returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We'll also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or in the unlikely event that the product is found to be faulty, damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been sent.

We cannot accept returns of items that are returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Refund Policy

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Views of Cornwall. You will be notified via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

What is the quality like

We use the very highest quality Epson printers which offer pigment inks that are rated to last as long if not longer than traditional wet tank printing. Combined with the premium quality photo paper that we use and framed under glass our print should remain fade resistant for 100 years. All prints are inspected by hand with only the best prints being shipped. And if for any reason you are not totally happy you can return the item to us for a refund.
